We start by preparing LDPE, Polypropylene or HDPE granules — either fresh or recycled — which are melted and shaped into durable plastic film for bag production.
The extruded film is smoothly rolled for the next stage. If needed, printing is added here using efficient flexo or roto gravure machines with minimal ink waste.
The film is printed with designs or logos as required. Our process is streamlined to reduce excess material and keep energy use in check.
