Here’s how our sustainable plastic manufacturing process works:
Our journey starts with the careful selection of high-quality plastic resins like HDPE, LDPE, or Polypropylene. These raw materials are processed using advanced film extrusion technology to form strong, durable polythene film — the foundation for all our plastic products.
Once extruded, the film is rolled into compact coils for optimal handling and storage. We also offer rotogravure pre-printing at this stage, allowing faster, cost-effective branding later in the process.
We use high-definition rotogravure printers to imprint logos, branding, and customer-specific information with accuracy and vibrancy. This step ensures every bag or film we produce meets visual and commercial standards.
Our automated systems then convert the printed film into flat bags. These are cut, folded, and sealed with precision, ensuring uniformity and strength. We also customize features like handles and gussets based on customer needs.
From flat bags, we advance to producing carry bags and T-shirt style bags. These are common in retail and distribution, and we manufacture them in bulk while maintaining eco-compliance and quality.
Sustainability is more than a buzzword at National Plastic. We recycle all production offcuts and misprints on-site. These are reprocessed into reusable granules, which are then used for secondary products like plastic ropes. This closed-loop recycling system drastically reduces waste and keeps our carbon footprint low.
